Orders Received
There are a couple of options available to you regarding how we receive your orders for processing.

The preferred option for many of our customers is to allow API integration of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with the selling platforms they are using i.e. Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce etc. This method ensures all orders received are immediately process and prepared for dispatch.

We are very proud of our near perfect picking accuracy rate. We use barcode technology to pick orders and our team receive extensive training and orders are always double checked before shipping.
Packaging

We stock a wide selection of packaging materials including a variety of boxes, padded envelopes bubble wrap and corner protectors. Our team has lots of experience ensuring all goods dispatched are suitably packaged, correctly branded with your company information and any additional marketing materials / inserts are included.

You are also welcome to provide your own packaging, or we can help you make your own branded packaging in China according to your requirements.

Bulk Orders

Some of our customers are involved in retail distribution of their goods and Amazon FBA selling. We are experienced in the packing of mixed bulk orders.

Our warehouse team are skilled in fulfilling shipments to Amazon FBA Centers and using their knowledge and experience can provide you with the most cost-effective and simple means of distribution.

When customers need multiple different items (SKU) to be shipped together, we can easily and accurately organize these orders and suggest the most effective shipping method to any destination country.

Timely order picking and dispatch is essential for e-commerce. We can pick, pack and ship all the orders you receive before 4:00 pm Beijing time on the same day, so that you can ship them globally through the shipping channel of your choice.
